An Arab driving a quad bike in the UAE desertIf you're in the UAE, you might have heard Emiratis say "awanna" now and then; quite often actually.

It is used in a humoristic way when you are in doubt of what your interlocutor says is even possible.

أونه
awanna - Yeah right! No way!

Example:

Khaled says, "You know what, I'm going to apply for Arabs Got Talent and I am gonna win it!"
Ahmad sniffs sarcastically - "Awanna"
