Refund Policy
GulfArabic.com operates a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you, the customer, don't like the GulfArabic course, you can simply send us an email to [email protected] or fill in the Contact Us form in the website menu and request a refund. We will refund your subscription fee minus the transaction fee that PayPal charges us when you subscribe (PayPal does not refund this anymore). We, however, cannot honor refund requests made after the initial 30-day period, or requests for refund of susbcription fees beyond the very first fee.

A customer account is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is valid for the period of the subscription (3, 6 or 12 months, recurring until cancelled by the buyer), however, GulfArabic.com is not responsible for any problems concerning technical malfunctions of telephone networks, lines, computers, Internet connections or website failures to access the site.

Responsibilities of Customers
In addition to other obligations stated in Terms and Conditions of Use, the customer is responsible for all charges associated with connecting to GulfArabic.com, including all internet access charges or necessary fees to access the site.
