Customers will receive a registration confirmation after payment is made through PayPal. A customer account is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is valid for the period of the subscription (3 or 6 months, recurring until cancelled by the buyer), however, GulfArabic.com is not responsible for any problems concerning technical malfunctions of telephone networks, lines, computers, Internet connections or website failures to access the site.
Responsibilities of Customers
In addition to other obligations stated in Terms and Conditions of Use, the customer is responsible for all charges associated with connecting to GulfArabic.com, including all internet access charges or necessary fees to access the site.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be granted. By effecting payment the customer certifies that he/she has reviewed the samples of the language materials available freely to non-customers, and has approved them for his/her use as satisfactory, and that based on that he/she has decided to subscribe for the language materials.
